You deserve healthcare that makes you feel heard, understood and empowered
I know first-hand how frustrating it can feel to live with symptoms that are brushed off, minimized, or overlooked. That experience is what led me to naturopathic medicine in the first place, and why I take a different approach to women’s healthcare.
My Mission
To bridge the gap between conventional medicine and holistic care so you can feel confident in your body, supported in your choices, and empowered through every stage of life.
What This Means For You
- You’ll get care that’s thorough, not rushed.
- You’ll receive a plan that’s realistic and sustainable, not overwhelming.
- You’ll have guidance that’s personalized to your life, not trending on social media.
- You’ll see results that come from small, consistent changes that add up over time.
My Story
I’ve been passionate about movement and wellness from a young age. From soccer and gymnastics to track and field, staying active has always been a big part of my life. That love for health naturally led me to pursue a degree in kinesiology, but it was my own journey with hormonal symptoms that introduced me to naturopathic medicine.
Through naturopathic care, I discovered a bigger-picture approach to health rather than just managing symptoms as they came up. I saw firsthand the power of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and integrative care, and it inspired me to help other women harness these tools to feel their best at every stage of life.
Credentials
After completing my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, I completed Naturopathic Medical school at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and received my Doctor of Naturopathy degree. I am a licensed and Ontario Board certified Naturopathic Doctor (College of Naturopaths of Ontario).
