Individual Appointments
*All appointments are provided virtually via a secure video platform.*
- FREE Meet and Greet (15 minutes) – This is an opportunity for you to meet Dr. Melanie via secure video chat, ask questions, and decide together if Naturopathic Medicine is right for you. *No specific medical advice will be given during this consult*
- Naturopathic Assessment – Telemedicine (75 minutes) – $295
- An assessment is required for all new patients. After booking, you will receive a health questionnaire via email that should be completed prior to your appointment.
- Your initial visit includes a thorough review of your medical history, health concerns and goals, referral for labs or blood work if indicated, and initial treatment plan. (Please note: cost of blood work, labs and supplements are not included)
- Second Visit/Extended Follow-Up (45 min) – $180
- Second visit is to review blood work and establish a treatment plan outline. Can also be booked as an extended follow-up as needed.
- Follow-up (30 min) – $120
- Standard follow-up to check in on progress and adjust treatment plan as needed. Frequency of follow-up visits depends on the individual and will be decided upon together.
- Quick Check-In (15 min) – $60
- Quick check-in for accountability, questions or progress updates throughout a treatment protocol.
- Reactivation Visit (60 min) – $240
- A reactivation visit is required if it has been longer than 12 months since your previous visit.
Lab Testing
- Diagnostic blood work
- Comprehensive hormone testing (sex hormones, thyroid, and more)
- Comprehensive stool testing
Payments Types Accepted: Credit Card, E-transfer
*Naturopathic visits are covered under most extended health plans. You will be provided a receipt to submit to your insurance provider.
