Who is not a good fit?

If you are looking for a “magic pill” or “quick fix” and aren’t interested in putting in the work and making some changes to better your health, we might not make a great team. That being said, I will always meet you where you’re at and guide you in making small, sustainable changes that have BIG impact over time.

The Technical Things

After completing my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, I completed Naturopathic Medical school at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and received my Doctor of Naturopathy degree.
